Ainara De Santamaria is a 23-year-old beauty queen from Spain. Being former Mrs. Earth Spain 2017, and crowned Miss Grand Spain on July 9th, 2019, the psychology master graduate came to Kamol Cosmetic Hospital later in July 2019 requesting us to enhance her facial harmony and beauty by changing the shape of her nose. Despite her success on the pageant stage, she knew she could do better. For the perfect version of herself she knew that the wide sections and humps on the bridge of her nose needed a correction, as well as the curve of the ridge of her nose and that the tip of her nose wanted a reduction and a lift, so her nose would blend in perfectly with the beautiful appearance of her face.
10 day post-op her rhinoplasty, Ainara was over the moon with her result and exclaimed that: "it went far beyond my expectations. She added: “Everything was just perfect. I didn’t feel pain at all. A great, "big Thank You" to Dr. Kamol and all the people at the hospital who were a part of this”. The amazing result is deeply satisfying for her and she is deeply thankful for it.
